ISKCON VECC Abhishek is an event operations application used to manage Abhishek participation, donor/participant lookup, QR scanning, and gift distribution.

Information We Collect

We collect limited information needed for event operations, including participant receipt number, name, mobile number, donation amount, payment mode, contact person, Abhishek allowed count, gift variety, remarks, QR code value, and activity status.

For users who sign in, we use Google login and may store the user name, email address, Google account identifier, role, access permissions, and login-related metadata.

How We Use Information

Information is used only for event management, participant verification, Abhishek completion tracking, gift collection tracking, volunteer access control, audit logging, and operational reporting.

Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate admins and approved volunteers. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Access is limited to authorized admins and approved volunteers for event operations.

Data Security

The application uses authenticated access, admin two-factor verification, role-based permissions, and audit logs. Production deployments should use HTTPS and secure server configuration.

Data Retention

Event records may be retained year-to-year for reporting, correction, and operational reference unless the organization decides to remove them.
