Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to use of the ISKCON VECC Abhishek application for event administration, volunteer scanning, participant lookup, and gift distribution tracking.

Authorized Use

This application is intended only for authorized admins and approved volunteers. Users must sign in with their own approved Google account and must not share access with others.

User Responsibilities

Users must scan and update records carefully, use participant information only for event purposes, and report accidental scans or incorrect entries to an admin.

Access Permissions

Admins may grant, restrict, or revoke volunteer access at any time. Scan permissions may be limited to Abhishek only, Gift only, or both.

Data Accuracy

The application helps track event activity, but users are responsible for verifying participant information and correcting mistakes through authorized correction workflows.

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse participant data, attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, alter audit records, or use the system for non-event purposes.

Availability

The application is provided for event operations. Availability may depend on hosting, internet connectivity, device permissions, browser support, and server configuration.
